Bug Description: New Player Options, No tabs loading/showing.
Steps to reproduce: Open Byond.
1.Play SS13 CM
2.Click Join game, click everything else, only observe works and opens properly.
3.Cry as Join game, Setup Character and View the Crew Manifest doesnt load up but observe does. ---Changelog also doesnt open--
Cannot join/open tabs.

Are you sure you werent downloading resources or just loading, it takes a bit of time for the buttons to work

Yeah CM has quite a load of resources, takes usually a minute or so to load everything properly, just watch options and messages

This is a Known bug that's to do with the Byond system, Have a look at this thread: viewtopic.php?f=116&t=3641
If this doesn't fix your issue, It maybe an issue of Outdated byond.
