Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well, I've been shot by Christan Harding, even adminhelped him (don't know BYOND name), and as he began opening fire against me at the end of the round after killing a doctor, I shot him down with a shotgun I found on the ground, then get Insta-Banned without PM. So yeah, Insta-Banning people is not really a good solution, because that's how you miss things like that.

Shooting people after round end, who are not antagonists, is an instant 3 hour ban. Even if you do it in self defense.

ANY attack log generated against the same faction at round end is an INSTANTANEOUS ban, no questions asked.

So, admins can basically use this sentence in the rules so they can justify bans for false reasons?
It also says 'avoid' it, not that it's outright banned, and there's not much investigation needed as admins were on to testify to me adminhelping that guy.

You know, the only thing negligent about all this is ...

1. Not reading the rules in-game.
2. Not reading the forum rules about bans.
3. Not reading any rules which is against the rules themselves.

Additional time will be added to this ban for breaking the rule of not reading our rules.

Yeah. Spoilers:
End of Round Grief is ANYONE shooting ANYONE. It may take us a moment, but we'll get through and ban everyone who's shooting after the end of a round and revive the victims.

But These are not "false reasons". I recommend, you actually read the forum, and game rules next time.
