Bug Description: Any number of predators can join the hunt.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have four predators spawn at round start.
2. Have others join the hunt.
3. Can't hold all of these yautja.

Abby had it set for 4 predators and any additional elder could spaen anytime.

Doesn't need to be an elder. Anyone can join the hunt apparently.
