Bug Description: Trying to put a lit Incinerator inside of something like a backpack instead lights you on fire.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Light flamer
2. Try to put in backpack
3. bullshit.

I could only reproduce this with a full backpack, but I have ran into this before. Either way, I added a safety to prevent this behavior. Fixed.
