Bug Description: So apparently if you die as a mature runner, and I died to a grenade, if that's relevant, you turn into an action figure.

EDIT: Watching other runners die, it happens every time. Dead runner action figures now on sail in every reliable CM server near you!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Become a mature runner
2. Die to a grenade
3. Observe.

This is the same with all the xenos. They go back to the old sprite but stay the same size except for the runner
