Reload Underbarrel Shotgun

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): The Masterkey Shotgun attachment isn't in a very good place right now. I've been using it a lot as of late for testing and it's clear that 4 loaded shotgun shells are of almost no use in the current CM environment. 99% of marines will never use the weapon system, not when it costs you one of your 2-3 allotments from the Requisition Officer, when other attachments will increase your overall damage output through the course of a round.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): By greater incentivizing the masterkey shotgun by allowing it to be reloaded, marines might actually start using it in the field. The whole point of the underbarrel attachment system was to provide marines with branching choices so that even a basic grunt could customize their loadout, but that goal has yet to be achieved. This would be one crucial step in furthering that goal.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): The grenade launcher attachment is effectively free, given the number of rifles loaded in prep room vendors, so their already strong damage and utility, combined with their abundance, will always overshadow the shotgun unless changes are made. The process of field stripping, reloading the weapon, and attaching it again will act as a natural balancing mechanic for the weapon, as it won't be reloaded mid-combat like one does a regular rifle or shotgun magazine.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Use the masterkey shotgun as normal. When spent, you field strip the weapon to reach the shotgun component. Then, taking the shotgun ammo of your choice (Slug, buckshot, etc.) you load the 4 shells into the attachment, then add the attachment back to your rifle.

I'll increase the ammo from 4 to 6. Reloading attachments would be too time consuming to implement for little benefit.
