Bug Description: Typo whenever you try to evolve, but the next tier is too much occupied... stronge should be spelled strong

Steps to reproduce:
1. Become a xeno/be chosen to be one
2. Evolve until you are at least Tier 1
3. Have too many of Tier 2 and/or above Tiers
Typo whenever you fail to evolve due to too much of the higher tier
