Aliens that start climbing ladders can successfully climb ladders even when they are critted midway in the process

Bug Description:
Aliens who become unconscious and crit can successfully climb ladders.

Steps to reproduce:
1. As alien start to climb ladder
2. In process, enter critical state
3. Ladder climbing successful

if you start the action THEN get critted you climb the ladder still,but while crit you cant climb it,maybe change the title
