Requesting job ban for 4 members of command staff

What rule(s) were broken: Neglect of duty and just straight up trolling. Kinda hard to pin it down to one rule, really.

Description of the incident: Commander Balto"Crunk"Dreg sent Delta squad to the planet alone, withholding the rest of the marine force for a full 30+ minutes. Only allowed the rest of the marines to land on the planet once every Delta squad member was KIA. With the massive alien advantage acquired early on, the marines were quickly pushed off the planet soon after the remaining squads landed. With all squad leaders dead or MIA, the marines on the planet attempted to hold LZ1 while they pleaded over their squad channels for a full TEN MINUTES OR MORE for command staff to recall the shuttle. They never responded, and twenty marines were summarily killed or captured. The bridge officers (James, Damon) were sitting idle at their overwatch controls, non-responsive to the marines calling for help. The XO (Mark Hanford) was found idling in the chow room. The Commander (Balto) was talking with the prisoner Bill Carson in the brig during the entire course of the battle, and only left the brig once the alien queen used the drop ship shuttle and the alarm was sounded.

How you would punish the accused: Job ban all four of them from any kind of command position. They purposefully set the marines up to lose the round by forcing 3/4 of the ship to stay aboard for a full half hour, leaving a squad to die while repeatedly refusing the other squad leaders requests to help the marines on the ground. And when the marines were finally trapped on the planet, they refused to communicate for over 15 minutes while everyone was killed.

delta mar here, I don't know why the flying fuck Dreg sent us in all alone, because he's a decent CO and he'd never do such a stupid thing, but I believe it was under the pressure of Carson, since he kept literally bitching at us to check out the medical dome while we were fighting in the engineering dome. it's also been reported that he (the CO) recalled the pod uptop despite our numerous requests not to do that since the entire squad's been wounded and most of us needed surgery.
mark hanford the XO was AFK, I presume, since he's not been active at all and later this round I saw him being cryo'd, he wasn't on the playerlist either because I've checked that too.
whatever the fuck the rest of command staff was doing, I do not know, but I firmly believe this entire thing lies on Carson the CL. whereas many people and I, too, would argue the CL being a somewhat hostile role to the marines and that he probably did the "right" thing, I'd like to also remind that it's Carson, and it's been noted a lot that he's just trolling people, but does it in the grey area so he's never reported. again, I believe fitch deserves at least a serious talk, because it's fucking summer, and we have enough retards in command as it is, I'd rather not Carson adding to the drama too, because then the amount of mutinies and such'd rocket sky fucking high. it's just the needless headache for the players and the staff. simple as that.

can confirm, pod was called up, whilst delta were crying out for medical attention. then command did not call the pod back down, when wounded marines were at its LZ, leading to the deaths or captures of those marines, despite the 2 minute timer having more than passed.

Well then I do suppose I shall explain that doing of sending delta alone. You can confirm with Bill Carson for he was the CL, the CL requested that I send 1 squad at a time, only a squad can be there, only 1 squad can be on the planet no matter what. Though I should of screen shotted this interaction, you can confirm it with Bill Carson. I started off to follow it then decided it wasn't worth it, the CL then implanted a MP a loyality implant, was suspicious, in which came into investigating it. I had a XO and BO, though this issue with CL was dire, I was concerned but had to fix this issue. Of course it was all RP purpose, I do apology for that, I was caught up with this, I was in brig for the time being during the crisis. No idea why the bridge did not handle it the pods, I had three active BOs, ssd XO then XO became active again later. I do not believe r I deserve a Job Ban for this was all RP purpose, not a troll, for the events took place were legit not a troll. Sending a squad at a time, I then decided to disobey or not follow with the CL's terms, due keep in mind there was a message that said WY increased the funds in the announcement by command, so I listened to the CL of course. So listened to him until I decided to call the platoon out, in which later CL, and I had hostility.

Sorry for the delayed response, i ment to get to respond to this far sooner but forgot.

I was online for this, well the beginning at least... there is no rule about Commander changing orders for once, he can send squads down individually.
If you aren't happy with the way command is well commanding.... Mutiny.

There's nothing to really job-ban these people for, I'm not going to issue a job-ban on Balto for RPing.
It's too tough to gauge the incompetence by logs and I did witness the other BO's saying they are watching over-watch for the SL's.

Also, some of what you've said isn't correct. While they did plead for the drop-pod to be sent down they were unable to make it there so it was irrelevant.
Going to resolve this report as from what I witnessed early on Balto was RPing and changing things up as Commander.. which isnt a punishable offense.
As well, Balto pulled off an amazing round as Commander the round before with an amazing counter-attack and leadership from him.
