Summary: More accuratly either add one Rail Scope to the attachment vendor, or at least allow cargo to store future ordered Rail Scope's into the vending machine.
Benefits: Right now Rail Scopes cannot be stored into the vending machine since there is no entry for them, forcing you to leave the scopes on the floor or table. Letting you store the attachment would make things easier on the cargo staff.
