Bug Description:
If you Enable burst fire on the M4, the gun will fire in burst but once you need to reload a new mag it disables the burst fire until you re-enable it again.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Get M4 and enable burst fire then fire all the rounds in the mag.
2.Reload the gun
3.Gun disables the burst fire mode.

ALSO can sometimes be caused with changing intents, especially after dropping and picking back up
