Flares block bullets

Bug Description: As the title explains,once a flare is ignited you cant shoot over it

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find a flare
2. Ignite it
3. Try to shoot over it and cry

I've tested this and it doesn't happen. Are you sure there wasn't something on the same tile as the flare?

unless vents block bullets,happened few rounds ago in the armory with an MT and a drone

Marines killed the queen and a drone vent to t-comms,breached and vent to the armory,later an Mp came with an SVD and fired 7 bullets that were blocked by the flare,then he changed to an M41a,picked the flare up and kiled the drone

it happened to ME the commander , against a drone in the armoury a round or so ago. it was horribly frustrating

I'm guessing this was caused by runtimes and is related to atmos. If anyone can give the time it happened, that would be great.
