this is almost as good as the xeno ones...nice job there Xur!
Just one question...how is it #4? that'd make these 4 auidio logs log 4...therefore we're missing the first 3

I named it #4 so it can be just some random Log in the archives, a lot of them will be named random archive logs. So its Mission Archive #4 of my selected squad, and within the file is 5 audio logs /so far/. I intend to make other random mission logs and possibly ones leading up to the Xenos.

Your usage of "actual" carries some interesting doubts with it.

With the modular structure of the USCMC, would a Sulaco-Actual exist? I suppose that'd be the commander, but then, that'd mean the unit itself should be called "Sulaco" unit.

Not sure if a unit (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie) would refer to the Commander himself, though. Most likely to the BO. That also raises some interesting questions.
Who's the actual Actual in the unit? Logically, the squad leader is the most obvious candidate, but the chain of command still has one direct link above, that is to say, the Bridge Officer.

Mixing and mashing radio procedure from various countries, I suppose the actual chain would go like this:

SL = [unit]-Actual
BO = [unit]-Niner-Zulu
CO ( & XO) = Sunray

tl;dr - lack of a unit name aside from "Sulaco detachment" is killing my immersions

---

Logs are pretty good though.

When the wind whips past your ears
Will you stand when the weight is upon you
Or will you go to your knees in fear?

From the god awful Aliens:Colonial marines game by SEGA. The commander of the ship is actual.As in the second mission you swap ships as your is being blown to hell.Thus the commander of the ship tells you he's going by Sulaco actual now.

Why am I so lonely?!
It's not dying after you shot it a couple of times? I think the real question is, why didn't you keep shooting?
