Cable Coil and Bayonets

Bug Description:
Using the last 5 length of cable coil to make a bayonet causes the cable coil to disappear but no bayonet to appear in hand.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have 5 cable coil left.
2. Use it on combat knife.
3. Be told there wasn't enough cable coil so it uses all your cable coil but no bayonet.

1 fresh length of cable coil is 30 units. It should be able to make 6 bayonets but it can only make 5 as the last and final length of 5 will disappear without creating hte bayonet.

6th stack of 5 is a bug. Everytime you exhaust it takes first does process last.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

Fixed. Probably fixed all the cable related problems, since the knife isn't the only thing it breaks on.
