Dead Text Bubble

Bug Description: Text bubble appears when you try to talk and you're dead. Shouldn't appear.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be dead.
2. Talk while in body.
3. Text bubble appears.

This is normally abused to get cloned,you just see people spamming the bubble

I can confirm this, once killed 2 hunters and one of them had a text bubble appear WHILE he was dead

Usually this is a person commenting on their death, I see it all the time with dead Marines and Aliens.

I see people do this all the time to notify marines that they are still in their body to clone them

No difference between showing bubble, or using LOOC.
