Makes the Researcher more efficient by giving him the literal tools he needs to assemble the components he produces. As is he doesn't even start with enough tools to assemble bomb triggers in order to make chem nades! Massive quality of life improvement.
Also, to be completely unambiguous, said toolbox should have a roll of cable coil.

+1 no more rushing the singular toolbox in medbay/begging the CMO to get tools from the storage room he has access to and NEVER getting them/getting shot to death for breaking into said storage.
But don't forget CABLE COIL. CABLE COIL is what you need to make an autolathe, which you need to make anything else. You can't get CABLE COIL yourself, at least without dismantling a window (and getting arrested/killed outright for it).

Medbay DOES have a toolbox for those who actually take the time to loot... I mean look around. Far eastern medicine storage. The only thing that I support as an 'add such and such to such and such' suggestion is giving them a cable of motherfucking cable!

The researcher is the one who needs the toolbox most, yet other people often snatch it up first. This is a quality of life improvement.

Researcher doesn't need to assemble anything. His entire job is basically cloning right now with a side of autopsy. He'll EVENTUALLY get his update.
Maybe I should just disable the job for now.

Don't dissable the job plz and ELECTRICAL TOOLBOX would be nice... But hide it in his maintenance tunnel along with the seed packet
