What other servers do you play on?Yogstation, Hippe (but only a few times) and Facepunch station back in the day. I may have played on a couple of others but not enough to build a history.

Are you now or have you been banned on any of them?I've gotten job bans on yogstation for being incompetent and I've gotten one perma ban for accidentally blowing up toxins while attempting to make a boom.

If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): As a doctor I acted outside my boundaries by going planet side fully armed with weapons, armor, and a wheelchair with a fire-extinguisher. When I arrived I power gamed by using the wheelchair + fire-extinguisher combo to knock down a nearby ravager.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I don't have any evidence to convince a possible for lifting the ban so I'll get straight to it. When I was banned I recently discovered the power of the wheelchair and wanted to use it against the aliens. Although I've been warned before that wheelchair warriors was against the rules I thought being a doctor would somehow make it seem more reasonable even though that too is against the rules. Point is I was dumber back then and I just really wanted to wheelchair and now every time I play as a solider and end up in the infirmity I cringe because of how slow the service is. I think I could be a way better doctor than I was before and maybe even the best in the server but before all that you guys need to make a decision so to wrap things up, I apologize and hope to not repeat the same offences twice.

Whoops I got some info mixed up. I got a perma ban on Yogstation for accidentally killing a guy without a reason with some chemistry potion and then failing to reply to the admins b/c I went afk. The whole toxins incident falls under the whole job-ban for incompetents, sucking at job reason.
