M39 ammo counter

Bug Description: M39 SMG don't shows the amount of bullets left.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Take default M39 SMG which are available for all marines in prep rooms
2. Shoot it
3. See that:
You fire the M39 SMG!
without any information about ammo count.
