Administrative position for WY

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a administrative role (perhaps under moderator) with the sole purpose of answering CL faxes. Somewhere in between mentor and moderator.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
CL faxes get answered and becomes the most wanted role.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
I know game admin permission is required to give antag objectives so this role would not be able to do such. Only to reply to faxes and give moderate objectives for the Corporate Liason. Perhaps reports from this position would come back as "from the desk of the administrative assistant" or something.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
New rules may be needed to firmly give this position limitations. I'm not sure how the current rules for sending supplies or reinforcements are but I imagine only when it won't greatly affect the outcome of the game. They should be able to arrange for both but at a limited capacity. For example only able to send reinforcements when marines are outnumbered. Only able to send supplies in after 60 minutes have passed and the limitations I previously mentioned.

As unlikely as it is, adding one more administrative position for the enjoyment of 1 job, I believe this would create a better RP experience for the Corporate Liason and everyone on board the Sulaco.
