Queen Screech Stunning You Despite Not Being Stunned

One thing I've always noticed are Marines being ""stunned"" despite not being close enough to fall over stunned.

What I mean is that you'll walk in and see the Queen screech at the edge of your screen. Yet despite being far way your body is still stunned for the same amount of time as someone right next to the Queen.

Is this a feature or what?

It used to be that a queen had a knockdown radius and a radius beyond that you would drop your weapon. Sounds like something similar still exists.

No... NOPE NOPE NO NO NO! This is all bad. All this promotes is easy stuns to aliens. The marines already have no way to counter a queen shriek. Either remove this bullshit freeze on your body, or extended the knock down effect and remove it. So now marines HAVE to carry down ear muffs... BUT WHAT'S THAT THAT'S META? Oh you are telling me that even 8 squares away i am not safe from the queen? How do i survive this without being meta? Marines should have a update soon right?

Man its the alien Queen. If you're in a tight enough group, or (PROPERLY, 1 TILE BEHIND) behind a barricade, it can't damage you. If you're at the EDGE of the stun where you won't be stunned the Queen isn't even fast enough to reach you and most aliens will focus on the downed marines since most of them don't realize far-away marines are stunned.

Wha... but, why? Do you want this nerfed or buffed? Would you rather get knocked down or stay up but unable to act?
