Defib - Can't recharge

Bug Description:
Can't recharge defibs in the recharger located at the back room of medical.

Tried with the paddles on and off. The defib was clearly not full charge.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab your defib and put it in the recharger at the back of medical.

Don't you have to remove the battery and then charge it separately?

What?! This was never the way before.

Before I just put the defib in the recharger and then wait for the magic to happen.

Defib charging was removed for reasons I don't exactly remember. Something about it being abused. I'll take a look if you can remove the powercell and recharge that instead.

Intentional. Defib recharging was disabled.
