just an interesting idea to have an area with some plaques for deemed legendary marines. maybe have a little something said about them.

gives people something to strive for. they might stop acting so stupid.

You don't really need an area.

You could just put a board up similar to the medicine guide or attachment guides etc. Display text when examined.

This is already sort of implemented since there are some easter eggs I don't get. For example the Miss Black's flask in Liason's safe. I don't think this should be implemented because

1. Its already in
2. Everyone will be begging to get recognition which would get really annoying after awhile
3. Would create more salt
