Man-Machine Interface Crate

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow for MMI crates inside the Cargo crate list.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It'll allow for decapitated and dead people to return into the game one way or another. Furthermore, it'll reduce the work on Medbay and give purpose to research if used on decapitated heads.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Cargo check the science tab, order MMI crate and receive 2~ MMI for 30-40 points.
It's costly, but afterward the researcher (or whoever) can use it to return some players into the game.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

We do not allow MMIs. They are not a thing.
