Description of the incident:
Alright so, it began when about an hour or so into the round I ran into Leo Lord, CL, and Jacob Stover, Specialist, conversing in the CL's office. I was there to check the crew monitoring console, but overheard the CL offering employment at Weyland to Jacob. As Commander, I objected to this and threatened Jacob and Leo to stay away from eachother. Much later, Leo entered the bridge JUST as a Xeno-ERT hunter did, causing me to hit him accidently. Yelling "Whore", he shot me to death. When he later died too, I asked him about the event and he admitted that he was planning to kill me anyway, because I was "in the way" and admitted he did not have permission from Weyland (IE: The admins) to 'take me out'. The only permission he has was to get a competent marine to get a solid report on happenings on the ground. He accused me of being whiny instead and refused to give me his byond key when I politely asked for it, for use in this report. I don't care about dying most of the time, but I was removed from the round at a crucial moment (Xenos boarding) because the CL overstepped and decided I needed to die.

Hiya! I'm Sergeant Jacob 'Paladin' Stover, the amazing B18 Spec every(no)one loves! While I can confirm he made remarks about "...getting rid of that pesky CO...", I cannot confirm on whether or not he self-antagged. I went AFK, the came back and he asked me to hand out fliers calling you a traitor. Since I was loyalty implanted, I went with it. Dunno what that makes me, and I apologize that your round was ruined, but I believe Leo Lord didn't properly understand the rules. And as I've been job-banned from CL for a month or two, and no one has read my ban appeal, I understand what it's like to be banned from this position so I'd recommend a 24 hour so he can better understand the rules. While ignorance is not an excuse, a lack of proper understanding of said rules should be taken into account. Have a nice day!

From the looks of this, This is a simple breach of CL rule 5 (Causing harm to the marines or damage to the Sulaco without first contacting W-Y through your fax WILL result in a job-ban and possibly a short server ban.) and MS rule 1. However, I'm surprised Scrat you didn't actually ahelp ingame as there was at least 1 mod and 1 admin online at the time.

Final thoughts: While this isn't acceptable and should entail a Server ban, my suggestion to deal with them is a simple 2-week jobban on CL.
