Description of the incident: Alexei, an MP during the early morning round decided that he was going to exhibit his "free speech rights" and stormed the bridge with a tactical shotgun and killed the XO Burt Marcotte with it, he then proceeded to kill BO Royce Vasilyev with his stunbaton set to harm intent, and later the CO Reinhold Neumann after he found the MP beating on the BO. He then ghosted after knocking the CO into critical condition (the CO died to wounds), and said he was exhibiting his "free speech rights" and spoke in russian before leaving the server supposedly. Only Mentor Sargeantmuffinman was on the server as staff.
