Which Admin Protocols (viewtopic.php?f=57&t=5647) were broken: Abusing of power, and break RP

Description of the incident: I join server and wanting to have fun. I practice shooting on few people and try start "mutiny"(think what it called). Then he freeze me. I get no RP fun at all as bad cop. In my country lot of bad officers there. Why not here? I donnot understand this. He ruin my experience. (sry for bad english no good at)

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): This logs be in server correct?

How you would punish the accused: No idea I just upset at me getting kicked
