Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a safety toggle on admin verbs that can cause explosions and damage.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It will prevent damage and accidents in scenarios where they are accidentally triggered without the intention of the admin in question, generally leading to a safer approach to using it.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Add the safety within the admin menu. If an admin toggle it off he/she can freely blow any tiles clicked whatsoever.
If the safety is on, the admin is prompted with a message to know if he/she wants the effect to occur.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Condition on dangerous effects, boolean on toggle, new admin verb to manipulate boolean.

Safety on Admin-verbs
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

Re: Safety on Admin-verbs
There are safeties built in to certain verbs, though this isn't a bad idea overall. This does seem like a really odd suggestion coming from someone who doesn't admin the server though. Locked and resolved.
