Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): well, don't you hate it when you almost dead and you fall down, with no defense from the xenos who just wanna bite your head? Well this should allow minimal protection/ healing for those marines
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Add more cinematic fights, and make paincrit not as bad as it is now
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): so, what I propose is that, when someone is on the ground, tackled or paincrited, they can use tiny and small objects. Reduces tacklspam since marines can use pistols on the ground. Makes the service pistol a better choice for marines. And, you can use medical supplies when in paincrit. You wouldn't be able to pick any items up since it's hard to code a check for items being picked up, so you would have to have these weapons/ medical supplies on you. Now, for balance, when using medical supplies there's a 25% chance to drop them. Same with shooting a pistol, except it's only a 10% chance
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): coding, usage of the slaves---I mean devs

+1 I'd also like there to be some form of crawling, but I think that's too much to ask for.

Well Xeno can still attack things whilst in crit.
Marines should be able to fumble a medical needle and just, inject.
This can be balanced with the "Person* drops what they're holding from the pain." give it say a %25 so you aren't assured an easy fix up.

Does the pistol drop chance look good?

This isn't possible right now.
