Summary: Place a unique 'tracking beacon' on Squad Leader armour that will display on all members of that SLs squad the location of the Squad Leader, akin to Aliens and them knowing the general location of the Queen.
Benefits: This change may help make it easier for the squad to link up with the Squad Leader as they'll be able to figure out where the SL is most of the time.
The one strict problem with this suggestion is that if the SL is captured then it would lead the Squad right to where the SL is being held. This could be counteracted by allowing a Alien to rip off the beacon.

It'll be the motion tracker all over again.

I searched for similar suggestions but I only found one suggestion that was similar but seemed to derail onto alerting Marines in a squad whenever a marine died.
