Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make light-sticks a more viable light source considering how spread out and exposed the flood lights are on ice colony. And by 'slightly' i mean light up one more tile and have a slightly brighter area of effect.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It makes it easier to see xenos above ground if you place several of the light sticks in a single area, considering non guarded floodlights are destroyed in seconds. Getting ambushed would be less wandering out in the dark to repair a floodlight, and more because you didn't place enough light sticks.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Instead of barely lighting up a 3x3 area, i figure it should light the tile it's on about half as bright as a standard flashlight and drop off from there stretching to 4x4.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Personally i have no idea, it's not exactly a big thing to implement. Unless it is, like i said i have no idea.

I think they're fine as is. There's a lot of them already pretty close to each other if I'm not mistaken, so they complement each other. They're a free light source, and the environment should be pretty dark to keep the marines on their toes.
