Add additional mags for the black market guns/WY guns

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):No one likes to keep getting crates all the time for that same gun you got just for the ammo, instead, add some or even one additional mag for those sweeties, its also pretty stupid that the crates don't offer additional ammo, i mean, why would there not be additional ammo for it?

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):No more supreme gambling for ammo, we don't need to pray RNGjesus so hard now

It's intentionally low ammo, otherwise, there wouldn't be anyone using the standard issue crates. They'd spam crates for "Weapon of the Week" and would order more ammo. The weapon ordering was a side game for cargo to have something to do when they were bored and by no means a way to outfit a platoon.

but its just one damn mag in the gun, if its a pistol you're fucked, i kinda understand the ammo for the PN9000 or skorpion to be scarce, but pistols and low-ammo guns should have additional mags, at least one mag

It's a bug with ammo that I already fixed. Black market crate will come with one mag.
