Are you now or have you been banned on any of them: I've been banned in a lot of former servers, many times, like five years ago, none which I still visit or pay any attention to. For the past year and a half, mostly and almost always CM only.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I'd have evidence if I thought I was about to get banned. After this whole incident, I lingered for about twenty minutes waiting to be approached by an admin (which did not happen) and I assumed they were sensible enough to notice that prior to me even firing my shotgun, I had been assaulted and shot via rifle bursted rounds with at least 5 bullets before I even shot the first time. This ban should go to the marine who assaulted me, who after I tried to disarm for formerly having stolen one of my attachments (to get it back) began backpedalling me and shot me strictly into crit. Another marine beside him disarmed me, as if I was the culprit, and I resolved for shooting him back. It was strictly self-defense. Luckily the logs are on my side, and I hope you folks bring them here so we can all have a scan of them. Please, next time, BOINK me the moment this happens. I hate coming back to a ban, and much more so if I don't deserve it.

EDIT: I forgot to add. You must be confusing me heavily, because I didn't harm more than a single marine. It is straight up a lie that my injuries caused the injuries of multiple others. Much more-so, I was killed by these two marines who shot me dead, and the one I did injure was taken to Medbay still alive. If they failed to treat his injuries, he was cloned in a pinch. You make it sound much worse than it is.

Nevermind I found it anyway. So looking at the logs, this is what happened in order.

Ok so looking into this, this fight starrs at 11:36:46 And for a good long while both parties are just disarming, then at 11:38:52 Hypela42/(Scott James), opens fire, shooting him multiple times, and while getting shot hes still trying to disarm them. Next, Boris Bourbon (oprayx73) gets involved, disarming jordan, and its at that point that jordan finally starts shooting, boris namely. So boris ahelps it, masterz01 responds and pms Jordan here and this is where jordan makes his fatal flaw.
For some reason he logs out, and logs back in right after. So masterz01 never gets a reponse, later boris ahelps that hes finally died of his injuries, and jordan is banned shortly after.

So what I want to know is why you logged out after masterz01 pmd you. Because looking at the logs, Scott James improperly escalated lethal force.

Alright, thank you for coming in with a response. If I disconnected and later on connected back in, it must've been an specific flaw of my connection - I specifically left, perpetually, due to shortages in my power supply here. I do live in Venezuela, which is the current shit-fest of the South. If he did PM me, I must've been off the computer. I know this seems off, as it should be, but keep in mind at no given point or time in this entire charade did I ever think I was guilty of anything, so I had absolutely no reason to 'leave', or make the fatal flaw of just deserting. I just disconnected, came back, and closed it all off. If I did come back, because I'm not certain-- I know Byond does connect you yet again if your internet DC's, or 'spikes' in and out, I can't recall. Regardless, as I showed by making a ban appeal and discussing this matter, if I had caught the admin's PM I would've 100% answered it at the time. I don't shy away from issues and much less if I'm in the danger of being wrongfully banned.

EDIT: Fug, I just noticed the distance between these responses. I'm sorry, I neglected using my PC for quite some time due to constant cuts of electricity. I could've replied if I had remembered, though, but I forgot until I JUST tried again to get in the server, literally forgot I had the ban on again. 10/10 would get bannu'd again

Woke up one hour from 6 AM in the morning, ban's still up. If you can't fetch the time, as I assume you're busy with more thoroughly important bans, I hope you can at least get the wrongfully placed note off of my account. I don't want a marred background due to unfairness.

Your gonna have to wait for a head to have the final say, but youll most likely have the note erased if not have the ban removed.

Alright, I apologize for such a late response; You're correct, the logs in fact show that Scott James fired on you first, thus improperly escalating the lethal force incident.
All violations/notes regarding the matter have been stricken from your record.
I've also personally Temp-banned 'Scott James' for the same amount of time you were accordingly.

I'd like to apologize for my mistake and your inconvenience. I was under heavy duress at the time and failed to properly investigate your case, and ruled upon assumptions. I'll take further measures in the future to properly investigate cases as thoroughly as possible and give each case their fair amount of time.
