Bug Description:
Using cigar or cigarettes causes your character to be bald and lose all facial hair.
Removing it fixes the issue though.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Cigarette/cigar in mouth slot
Please fix, I have a IC smoking addiction.

Can confirm my character starts with a cigar and now has no hair
