Remove command access from MP armoury.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): I've seen a MP get blasted by one of their own tactical shotguns that a BO stole, and there isn't a round that the shotguns do not get tampered with when they barely can get guns.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It will prevent command from looting all their damn equipment.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Would make MPs life easier and they won't lack lethals if needed, as they already do not have access to marine prep.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Minor coding, I guess.

They would Probably just give the Access back onto their id cards if this is implemented. Would add the need for a Bo or Xo to ask the commander for permission before doing so which would stop some randomer coming in and just looting the place without permission

Maybe, we could add the MP Armory to the keycard authentication devices, requiring 2 command-level marines to swipe their cards in order to enable access to the MP's secure armory?

Wait, if they are looting your gear, should you not arrest them, and if they shoot you, should you not just respond back with a taser/ahelp?

Except this is a bit round breaking as the officers will claim you to be rogue, and cause a giant ruckus over it, potentially taking unecessary admin time to resolve it. I'd rather let MP armoury be accessed only by MPs or CO/XO, because frankly I am tired of seeing some baldie BO stealing all of our shotguns.

Yeah well, people always claim that, its kind of a fact so that someone can support you to try and break brig, just arrest them for their crimes/ahelp and deal with it, its greytide session

I think its a good idea.

Having access to the auto shotguns is one of the few perks of sitting on the Sulaco for three Hours doing near literally nothing outside of a forced mutiny.

This would be nice. It still wouldn't fix MP being mind-numbingly boring but it would be nice.

Place shutters on the riot gear, lethal room and make it CO/XO/MP only to open or close them? Efficiently allowing for both a safehouse during emergency and a safer way to know who're the idiots?
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
