Q:How many hours are you willing to put in daily to moderate?
A: I am willing to put 3-4 hours during regular days during the week. 4-9 even during Holidays.
Q o you have any previous experience in being staff (not just SS13)?
A: I've been an Admin server on a RP server on Roblox (Note that ROBLOX plays different from BYOND however, both RP-wise and gameplay-wise).
Q id you play any of the previous Colonial Marine servers?
A: No
Q:If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?
I'd go for a temporarily ban of 3 days to a week, depending on how many damage he has caused. A 2nd time would result into permaban.
Q:You notice that a warrior is breaching the Nostromo for no reason and is unable to seal the breach. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?
A: I'd question their motives. If it turned out be an accident, I'll let them go with a warning. But make sure another Xeno fixes the breach with a resin wall/Membrance. If he fails to respond in time or responds with a bad reason for doing so. It'll result into a ban of 3-7 days. If this happends a 2nd time, it'll result into permaban.
Additional information you'd like to add:
The reason I've applied as moderator is simply because I'm tired of watching griefers, metaing players and others trying to ruin fun the found letting them get away with it as I feel powerless watching it. I want to make sure I can help the server with keeping it a fun and rememorable time for everyone.

I generally frown upon younger people , as very few have the maturity to watch over a community and to place it before their own needs.

As you said , yes , roblox play in a way different manner.
Altought , the fact that you have experience in dealing whit RP-related problems is encouraging .

A 3 day ban for a first offender is way too harsh.
You need to first check his notes , and if he did so on purpose.

Moderators dont have the authorization to permaban , you need to ask a administrator.
