Your Byond ID: Caryl
Character Name: Caryl 'Hail' Bernhaben
Type Of Ban (Job-ban, Timed Ban, Permaban): 24 hour ban
Admin who banned you (if known): Ordukai
Total Ban Duration: 1440 minutes
Remaining Duration: 1437
What other servers do you play on? Col-Mar, Paradise, Yogs, Absolution
Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? No
Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): EOG
Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable): -None-
Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Wish I could have taken a screenshot. Me and a few other marines were bashing the already dead Queen, a marine was tossing the queen towards a wall while I was hitting it with a wielded Bayonet-Attached M4A1 Rifle. While hitting it, another marine pulled the Queen away, it was probably at this time that I hit Anya. It was unintentional and accidental. It was not purposefully EOG.

Re: Ban Appeal for Caryl
EORG is automatic with our brand-new LazyBan system.

It can be removed, but if it was 24-hours, it's probably for several previous incidents or something.

Re: Ban Appeal for Caryl
No, it was for 24 hours simply because that's what the 1st offense under the lazyban system was. I recall a coder (Perhaps whoever implemented the system?) saying that it was important that the first EORG offense button be clicked on the first EORG offense, otherwise the system gets messed up.
If we're not doing that "24 hours for the first EORG ban" thing anymore, then I would suggest we change the code for those buttons and remove "3. End of Round Grief, will be upgraded to a 24-hour ban for the first offense, 48 for the second, and 1 week for the third." from viewtopic.php?f=57&t=7378 Honestly, I never really liked that 24 hour thing anyways and would be happy to see it go back to 3.
Since it looks like Allan caught wind of this and put "The EORG was accidental" on your notes, I'll defer to his judgement and simply remove the note from your account, partially because it's your only one otherwise.

TLDR: Go back and read it. I spent time writing that, ya know.
