Reverse chestbursted in about .3 seconds

Bug Description:
For some reason, marines can reverse chestburst at the speed of light with no chance, not little to no chance, but no chance at all to regurgitate.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be elite runner
2. Swallow guy and move him somewhere
3. Burst into gibs as 6 "You hear something rumbling" messages come at once.

Not a bug. Imagine how fast you can break out of a welded and/or locked locker. Every time a marine gets devoured, they start spamming movement.

This isn't regular SS13, there is no reason for this to happen. For the sake of CM, it is a bug.

I agree with outordinary. This seems like the cooldown for the click attack proc is omitted allowing a player to spam attack inside an alien killing it nearly instantly.

This is not a bug. You can make a suggestion to lengthen the time it takes to get out, and it has been suggested before. Invalid.

Not a bug. A marine with a knife or wire-cutters can insta-burst out.
