The anti-predator part of the community

So, this has been a thing for a while now, but a sizeable part of the community seem to hate Predators and attempt to kill them at any chance they get, and even use loadouts specifically made to kill Predators with.

Simple question: Why?

Just like Preds enjoying a worthy hunt, I personally love the challenge of fighting a pred as a Hunter.

That's fair enough. The post is more directed towards the players that use SADARS, stunlock with machetes, swarm, etcetera, with no warning, no provocation, on Predators, without giving them any chance to actually challenge them, just killing them with no resistance, and in the case of the SADAR, instantly killing them and looting them. Players that actually want a fair fight with predators, I have no qualms with.

Others just hunt them since they hate them for some reason,such as not being whitelisted as a pred, or disliking what they do

If you notice, generally most of these players will never be Predators due to their style of play and they know it.
Hence their hatred of whitelisted players.

I've taken a liking to let marines give me a reason to wipe them out. I don't even take half the marine force seriously untill I see a sniper or sadar and even then I go relaxed untill there's a serious offense or I see someone that's worth pulling to the side and killing.

I've been trying to stay SUPER PASSIVE as a predator lately and despite the fact I said I'd monitor marines and whatnot, with xenos constantly attacking the lodge and marines shooting you on sight (Sometimes when you're cloaked even) it's pretty hard to follow my own words... Although, I still do it since I have to.
