History:
Mr. Parnell appears to have been orphaned at a young age with no record of his parents. Reports indicate minor criminal activity in his pre-teen and teenage years. There are suspected links to slightly more dangerous criminal actions, however nothing conclusive. Mr. Parnell shaped up by the end of his teen years and married when he was 22. He enlisted at the age of 27 and has been with the USCM ever since. Mr. Parnell once joked to me while suffering from a knife wound that the pain was "still not as bad as a conversation with my ex-wife." Dislikes:
A marine who cannot follow orders or cannot follow orders properly is the biggest peeve to Mr. Parnell. I have myself seen him scream at even the most minor shows of incompetence.
Strengths:
Even with his drawling accent, Mr. Parnell has an excellent command of his diction making him rather effective in giving orders and proper praise where due. Mr. Parnell seems to always be trying to inspire the men under his command with his words, even if he does fail sometimes. While not adept, Mr. Parnell is also an efficient fighter.
Weaknesses:
A short temper and pizza. Mr. Parnell has show quite the love of pizza.
