Summary :
When you first log into CM's as a 30 year old bald trooper, your preferences are all set to none EXCEPT the bottom selection which says "pick any job if preferences are unavailable"
Benefits:
I have the small inkling of a feeling that the reason why SOME bald troopers pop up in high value positions is because they dont go into the menu, and switch the preferences to "become a marine if preferences are unavailable".This might cut back the grey tide ever so slightly.
Details:
Automatically have all new Colonial marine accounts default to "Choose Marine if job is unavailable". you are still able to change selection, but you must manually do it once.

Change the default job preference from "anyjob" to "marine"
Gaze upon me,
for I have wandered deep into the ancient tombs of knowledge to which lie madness and sorrow, cleansing a path for all those who walk behind me...
...
But seriously, does uh, anyone know the way out?!
~Furthermore, I consider that Floodlights should no longer be destroyed.~

That or return to lobby would be good, yea.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

+1 This would help a lot of newcomers who don't know how/where to select job pref. Speaking from experience, cause this exact situation happened to me when I started out on SS13, and had to ahelp an admin to switch me away from commander.

Good idea. Implemented.
