Upgrade Runner plasma regen

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Runner plasma regen is among the lowest of all castes and tiers. It needs to be upgraded to bring it in line with others.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Runners get more plasma. May improve life expectancy of runners just a bit.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Upgrade their regen to bring it in line with others. Currently a young runner regens at 1 per tick at a cap of 100. That means 100 ticks before it regens fully. Same with Elite Runners. They regen at 2 per tick at a cap of 200. 100 ticks is far too long to regen your plasma fully.

A sentinel regens 10 per tick and it takes 5 ticks or costs 50 to use their spit move. Drones regent at 12(13?) per tick and it takes 6 ticks or 75 to use their secret resin move. Runners must wait 10 ticks to leap. I would at least recommend double the regen on all levels of runners to bring it in line with the other castes.

I think it's because the Runners aren't as dependant on their abilities and only use them to boost their effectiveness, while Sentinels aren't as good in melee and rely on their spit, and the entire point of Drones are their building abilities, which require plasma.

The regen should be upped for upgraded Runners, but at its base, the combat castes rely more on raw power rather than plasma like the other castes, which could be why the regen is so low. Neutral.

I personally feel that runner regen right now seems fair. I think young runners actually regen at 2 per tick? Upgraded runners get about 6 per tick i think.. I can't remember too clearly, but it felt ok for me and yet not too spammy for pounce. Besides, it's the only caste that regens plasma even when not on weeds. Even hunters need weeds to regen plasma. (Edit: Regen effectively)

Gonna go neutral on this one, unless I'm remembering it wrong. If young runners really regen at 1 per tick, it's a bit too low, then it's a +1 from me.

A lot of castes can regen plasma while off weeds. The problem is runners regen plasma at the same rate while ON weeds.

Young runners regen 1 per tick, young hunters regen 10 per tick.

All castes regen off weeds at 1 plasma every few ticks. The difference is less noticeable for runners because their base rate is so low.

On weeds hunters can't run out of plasma while pouncing while regenerating

Nag other aliens to give you plasma. Runner with quick tick will just hippity hop everywhere
