Bug Description: So while in surgery the sentence i nthe title popped up, not exactly sure as to how it happened.

It happened right as the predator recall finished, i was a hunter on the ground, killed one pred and the other had to use the relay thing to return to the mothership.
Right at the end of the "beeping" thing, that message popped up.
The recall worked fine, though.
