New windows spawning offscreen

Bug Description:
Dual monitors causing new windows, such as the Overwatch console, to open offscreen, for me all the way to the far left.
Stupid little details:
1366x768 resolution on both monitors.
Second monitor is on the left side of the primary monitor.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a secondary monitor
2. Try opening consoles
3. Check if they don't open and spawn on the far left by changing the size of a window on the edge of the far left. It spawned there and dragged out for me.

I fixed it by making my left monitor my primary instead.
