Predators need hide for Hellhound caller

Bring back the Hellhound Caller but make it require a hide. That player's hide will be offered the position of Hellhound.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Brings Hellhounds back and has a requirement for it, similar to crafting which has been suggested before.

Obtain hide from player, preferably one you think is honourable.
Use Hellhound Caller with Hide.

Get Hellhound with the owner of the hide used as the controller.

I wasn't here for the Hellhound caller craze but I heard it was fun and I would like to bring it back with this requirement. I heard that the problem was that people ghosting to become a hellhound. Well this fixes it since it guarantees a dead player will become your hound.

Its similar to my other suggestion so I've decided to make a new post for it.

I actually can take the blame here. Warnipple talked about it to me, and I figured the idea was different enough that the old thread didn't really cover it.
