Yes, I have been banned on other CM server for a day (cooldown) I accidently critted a man when I intended to just minorly injure him when I was in Requisitions

Well, me and my buddy Hud Schmut, were arrested in Marine Prep, after being stunned by Matthias, the CMO for allegedly trying to kidnap Dayton ( Or one of the other Security staff) Because, I accidently spoke out loud "Once he comes out, restrain him with the cable restraints" or some shit like that, and so, Security used that as evidence against us, and we were talked to inside Security after being cuffed, and we were released, but before we were released, a Military Police, Dayton Mann, ( Please ask him to be here if he can) told me, that if I got caught for anything again and was jailed, i'd be jailed in permabrig or worse, (Considering the fact that I already got arrested for pranking another staff member with an unloaded gun) And so, he released us, our Marine cards demoted and stripped of prep access. After we were out, me and buddy Hud decided to sneak into Marine Prep, after people with access opened, and we managed to get our hands on some guns, and we kept low-key, as we were managing our business on the Sulaco, steering clear of Security and others. Me and Hud talked, hanged out, just like any other pair of friends would do. We were left of security, near walls of bridge just minding our own business when we saw Dayton. We ignored him, still hanging out with each other when he decided to whip his taser out, and walk up on us, attempting to tase when he saw that we were armed with shotguns and M4A1s (Which I think was stupid) And so, not wanting to spend the rest of our round in the permabrig, or possibly worse, (Considering the fact that we had contraband IDs and had weapons) We fired back, killing the MP as witnesses from the Bridge spilled out, going after us as i'd hide opposite of the ladders, near where the CO gives briefing, and so I hid there, while Hud hid somewhere else. Yes, I understand why admins were a little disappointed, but I think my reason to fire back at the MP was a legitimate one, not to simply grief and ruin his round. And so, a while later in the round, I got back out into the hallways, and when I was in the hallway near Med-Bay, I encountered an MP. I didn't say a single word to her, as she whipped out her taser gun and stunned me. She didn't cuff me, and so, when I got up, she said "You are suspected of something" and then at that moment, I ran away, grabbed my shotgun, and shot her back while she was trying to arrest me. There were people who witnessed me and Hud killing Dayton, and I feared one of them would have testified to the MPs and have me thrown into permabrig for the rest of the round, or worse, (execution) considering the fact that they knew the fact I was involved in the killing of an MP. And so, there was another MP with her, who tried grabbing the taser, but that MP was too late, as I blasted the MP and ran and hid. Injured, I scurried into medbay, trying to grab medical supplies as Feweh froze me. We talked for a while, but I suddenly had to drop out of the game as my family was rushing me to go to bed. ( I had literally stayed up the whole night that day) and it was one something in the AM, so I had to quickly get off, so my family didn't get mad, and I thought about Feweh as I slept, and I'd simply like to talk to him. But anyways, I do not think the admins or Feweh were understanding, as they tried pushing the notion that I was simply trying to grief and self-antag (( Ruining peoples rounds and killing for no reason)) But I feel I had an adequate reason to fire back at Dayton and the other 2 MPs that tried detaining me. I did not attempt to grief, as I wasn't the person who fired the first shot in all of my encounters with them. At the same time, when I did not want to be permabrigged, I took the steps to make sure I could limit as much bloodshed as I could possible. (( I didn't attempt to kill the two other MPs who chased me, I just shot both of them and got back to my hiding place)) And so, I thank the admins who made Colonial Marines such a great place to roleplay, this exciting and great environment would not be possible without your help.

And anyways, admins accused me of trying to facilitate a mutiny, which was utterly false, considering the fact that I only used lethal force against MPs to escape a perma-brig sentence, if my buddy was locked up on a perma-brig sentence or more, I wouldn't have laid lethal force on the MPs. I would have taken it upon myself to free him, something I wouldn't even have a chance at if both me and him were perma-brigged or even executed, (Something that most likely would have happened because I killed the MP))

And plus, I found out while I was in hiding that Hud Schmut himself got arrested, and I knew there were people that witnessed him finishing off the MP, so that played a big reason into the reason why I shot back at the other two MPs that tried taking me in. We could both be in jeopardy, and so I was afraid of that. Please do not think I was on Colonial Marines just to go around and grief.
