Its been months since the incident first occurred and i decided to take a break from playing after it and didn't decide to do an appeal till now since Ive wanted to return to the server.
The round that this happened in was already hectic with there being no Co's and i was the CL like i usually am but before the marines deployed Apop came on and explained that an in-game disease had been spread by accident using god powers or some other reason so he had us all gather in the Briefing room and after a while of sitting around and the marines being generally hectic Apop said a cure was coming and an RD member came up with a crate full of "Cure grenades" i picked one up since the briefing was getting out of control and thus i pulled the pin on one and held it assuming it to be a gas grenade with the cure. Well it literally blew up in my face and I got the Bye message from Apop then the Banhammer came down on me.
Im really sorry about what happened and I apologize about my lack of investigation into the nature of the grenades and their affects. The round was already insane and my judgement became clouded. I sincerely hope you find it in your heart to repeal my ban.

Just realized i have been temp banned before,
on Yog it appeared i harmbattoned a prisoner but we looked back and my baton ran out of juice and the prisoner had been assaulting the cap at the time
also during one round where i was incredibly pissed i was HoP I walked into armoury, took ablative armour then got stuck so i suicide and left before the admin could talk to me but we got it fixed after.
