Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? Been banned on this one. Mostly for shit reasons or silly admins who are no longer part of the staff team for obvious reasons.

Murdering an MP Defending myself from a mutineer who'd probably try to do shit to me. (Demote/Permabrig... ect.) That'd be bad. trying to kill several others What the fuck...? 3 people in total, for actually fucking mutineering.
claiming them all 'mutineers'.. If they weren't fucking mutineering then why did they shout over comms for over a fucking hour that I was a rouge captain, should be killed, should be demoted, should be whatever the fucked, because I stopped the RO from murdering someone.

Issue wasn't fucking dealt with, and I even said so. I'm pretty sure I asked PERMISSION, which was granted. though I can't say for sure because that was yonkers ago. IC shit, ended ICly. Note the shot into crit, not killed.

I was wearing armor... um... okay then, that's totes the most legit ban reason ever when I'm dealing with shit as the FUCKING BAN REASON SAYS I AM.

Not sure if this was a ban or not but still... What the fuck... That's not MP work... That's not using lethals in a situation that doesn't fucking need lethals!!! Am I supposed to let him give himself all access? what? please? NO!

Honestly? Can't remember this, don't think it happened at all, and I bet it didn't. TR got salty that I talked shit about him and decided to ban me. *Shrug* Can't do much against that, can I?

I don't remember this but I'm pretty sure I was questioned after, and not told that it was a griefer. I mean. If he's griefing... then... Public execution, nu? No? Besides, how would I know it's grief? I bet the rudeness bit is just people being sensitive too.

Uh... Someone's mixed up cause and effect up here... I changed my rank to commander as the XO because that's... what you do... it's just how it works? that's the job description. It wasn't luck at all.

SUMMARY:
I was banned for taking part in a lethal force situation, which is IC anyway, so no one should have gotten involved with that, and was caused by a mutineering RO, who got bored of his job and started punching the shit out of a bleeding marine and pulling them to do as much damage to their body as possible. Even throwing him... what the fuck?

And my notes should be cleared.

This appeal is a mess of self-entitlement and deciding what does and doesn't matter. You can't murder an MP because you /suspect/ they're going to perma you.

You have NUMEROUS notes on bad behaviour as a command position and it's evident that you have not changed one bit.

The ban is merely 2 days, in my opinion you need to wait it out. As for the command position, you also need to take time off Command spots.

Soo I was during that round and as CO all you did was go after people as an MP instead of actually doing announcements or BEING a commander at all, you honestly deserve this command ban, even as a XO you've done the same shit.

You arrested the RO who was loading up supplies for us as we were REALLY fucking low, whilst CT's were braindead/new, we got supplies of like three helmets instead of requested thirty once. It was really hard to pull off that marine major. The two BO's did more than you, you who has all ACCESS and ability to do WHATEVER you wish, you've done MP work the ENTIRE round.

I didn't suspect, he declared me a rogue commander from the very start, and tasered me instantly when I walked into a room after being called there because MPs were beating someone up apparently.

Your notes do matter. In fact it's its own section on Admin protocols.
Also appealing a ban does not mean telling the people who banned you that they are wrong and that you know server rules better than them. Just gonna throw that out there. As one of the mods watching this round you're talking about, I feel absolutely awful for every single marine that had to deal with you as their CO.

You're biased massively towards the RO. Just because he's giving you supplies doesn't mean he can mutiny and do whatever the fuck he wants. Was it hard to pull off that marine major? It was 50 vs like... 6... AN HOUR AGO.
