Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):It will allow the researcher to help troops on the ground with special implants, like for example iron+nutriment and oxy to help very injured soldiers so they can get away from danger. Or filling them with medicine to help heal people and keep them alive a little bit longer before they die. I think it gives a nice alternative to grenades which can get a tad boring when nobody tells you how they work.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Let the researcher able to make an implanter like the CL has in his protolathe.
