Black screen of no-fun

Bug Description:
Screen turns black, ahlep turns off, can't interact at all.

Sometimes when I leave and rejoin this occurs but it's due to the resources downloading for me, could be linked possibly?

Sorry for late reply.
Here's what I was able to find out while I was trying to fix it:
In the options and menu small console, 9~ or so items weren't found. One was vent, others were window I think.
It occured when I stepped on the glass leading to the firing range, with an engineering airlock blocking the right tile and a broken window (Which I stepped on) on the left.
Shooting targets were airlocks if I recall, and xenos had just landed a few seconds (4~) prior.

I tried relogging and everything, but the fix was to restart the client (Which I found out WAY TOO LATE during the assault).
I would've added the logs from the console to the report, but fixing it required me to restart and it cleared the console.
