Armoury weapon(s) different skin

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
With the new no-stealing-spec weapon update coming soon. I propose that we change the armoury weapon skins since anyone can use them. Specifically the grenade launcher.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
No more complaints of non-specs using the GL.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Give the armoury GL a different tint to differentiate it from a normal spec weapon.

I'm surprised, I always thought that the GL was a spec weapon through and through. Where does it say in the rules that the armory GL is free for all?

I asked feweh during a round last night and he said that it isn't a spec only weapon.

We'll get to them if we get to them. This isn't a priority right now, though the suggestion isn't out of the question.
